Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 1.3 Third-Party Content: Some courses are provided by professional instructors or third-party organizations. While we strive for excellence, responsibility for the specific accuracy of course content lies with the respective instructor.
2. Registration and Accounts
2.1 Account Creation: You must register an account to access our courses. You agree to provide accurate and complete information (Full Name and Email). 2.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. 2.3 Communication: By registering, you agree to receive essential service emails (order confirmations, certificates). You will also receive promotional offers unless you opt out. 2.4 Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.
3. Purchases and Payments
3.1 Payment: Payment is taken immediately upon purchase. Your enrollment is confirmed only after payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent. 3.2 Pricing: Prices are clearly stated on the website. In the event of an obvious pricing error (undercharging), we are not obligated to provide the course at the incorrect price. 3.3 Offers: Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the specific conditions stated at the time of the campaign and typically expire after 30 days unless otherwise specified.
4. Course Access and Content
4.1 Quality: We endeavor to provide high-quality materials; however, we are not liable if a course does not meet your personal expectations or subjective requirements. 4.2 Technical Issues: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we may occasionally suspend access for repairs, maintenance, or upgrades. We will aim to resolve outages as quickly as possible. 4.3 Course Limit: For subscription or “Prime” members, a limit of 30 active courses may be enforced at any one time to ensure platform stability.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy (UK Consumer Rights)
5.1 14-Day Cooling Off: Under UK Law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. 5.2 Loss of Right to Cancel: If you access, stream, or download the course content within this 14-day period, you expressively acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund. 5.3 Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day initial period. Auto-renewals can be cancelled via your dashboard to prevent future charges, but partial refunds for used months are not provided. 5.4 Exceptions: Refunds may be denied if more than 50% of a course has been completed or if the purchase was made at a significantly discounted “Lifetime” rate as part of a specific promotion.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Ownership: If you post content (comments, assignments), you assert that you are the original author. 6.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to share content that is illegal, promotes hate speech, contains sexually explicit material, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Financial Limits: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific course or service in question. 7.2 Time Limit: Any claims must be brought within 12 months of the initial purchase. 7.3 Non-Exclusion: Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Confidentiality and Data
8.1 Data Protection: All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018. 8.2 Confidential Information: Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive business information or proprietary course structures to third parties for a period of five years following account termination.
9. International Use
9.1 UK Focus: Our courses are designed primarily for the United Kingdom market. We do not guarantee that materials are appropriate or legally applicable in other jurisdictions. Accessing the platform from outside the UK is done at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
10.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
